Grind & seal

Grinding prepares the concrete and can expose aggregate before a compatible sealer is applied. Unlike mechanical polishing, the surface coating supplies much of the final sheen and protection.

What to consider

The right coating depends on traffic, moisture, UV exposure and whether the space is indoors or outdoors. Recoating requirements should be discussed before choosing a system.
